Not always. A single room or a kitchen can be done around you. A full renovation with a rewire runs faster, cheaper and cleaner in an empty house.
Either way. We can supply and fit, or fit what you have bought yourself. We will price both so you can compare properly.
Yes. New circuits and consumer units are tested and notified under Part P, and the certificates are handed over with the keys.
